PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in tension applied to a cable when a casing rotates to prevent disconnection of the cable. SOLUTION: The center axis of a pillar 11a of a shaft 11 is set eccentric to the rotational center axis of the shaft 11 so that the interval between the shaft 11 and a cable 21 when the cable 21 comes closest to the shaft 11 when a first casing 1 or a second casing 2 rotates can be largely secured. Therefore, it is very unlikely that the shaft 11 and the cable 21 contact each other in the rotational range of the first casing 1 or second casing 2, preventing the tension on the cable 21 from increasing and preventing wear-off of the insulating cover of the cable 21. The prevention of an increase in tension on the cable 21 prevents electric wires in the cable 21 from being broken. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
