PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem with a constitution of a large-capacity matrix converter by connecting a 18in1-module thereto in parallel, wherein wiring becomes complicated, a device is enlarged, a cost is increased, and the yield of the module is lowered. SOLUTION: In a power semiconductor module, there are arranged a first external terminal which is obtained by being mounted with three bidirectional switches and being connected with one-side terminals of the three bidirectional switches in common, and second to fourth external terminals which are obtained by being connected with other-side terminals of the three bidirectional switches.
