PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel repairing and reinforcing apparatus for sticking a photo-curable fiber-reinforced resin sheet, cured and bonded by receiving ultraviolet rays, closely to the surface of a repair required part of the concrete surface of a tunnel and for applying ultraviolet rays to cure and bond the photo-curable fiber-reinforced resin sheet. SOLUTION: A sheet sticking apparatus 2 and an ultraviolet irradiation apparatus 3 are installed on a traveling vehicle 1 traveling in an axial direction of the tunnel on a bottom face 15 in the tunnel 12. The sheet sticking apparatus 2 sticks the photo-curable fiber-reinforced resin sheet 14 closely to the concrete surface and moves on the traveling vehicle 1 by one work step portion. Then the ultraviolet irradiation apparatus 3 advances into a position directly under the photo-curable fiber-reinforced resin sheet 14 and irradiates the photo-curable fiber-reinforced resin sheet 14 with ultraviolet rays to bond it.
