摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particles for an electrode suitable for a negative electrode material for a lithium ion secondary battery, having a high lithium storage/release capacity, and hardly damaged even with continuous charge and discharge. SOLUTION: The particles for the electrode contain metal particles forming an alloy with lithium, a conductive carbon material and a bonding resin, and having voids inside, and are manufactured through a process of preparing complex particles consisting of metal particles forming an alloy with lithium, a conductive carbon material and a resin component, and a process of heating the complex particles in a condition in which only a part of the resin component is decomposed and volatilized.
