PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel information transmission mode by integration of broadcast and network services. SOLUTION: A program, such as shopping, quizzes, or questionnaires, is broadcasted from a broadcast center 400 by television or radio broadcast. In addition, guidance information of an access destination for a network service, which is indicated in the program, is broadcast synchronously. A communication control function is added to a reception device of a navigation device 100 to automatically connect to a database center using the guidance information. An information network system is fused to the broadcast constituted of a database center 300 capable of bi-directional information exchange via public lines and the network services.
