PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a range of uses of an infrared radiation type PTC sheet heating element by endowing it with flexibility, and provide a wide use environment by making use of features of the same. SOLUTION: A raw material endowed with flexibility by weaving and combining a power-feeding line structured as a part of a coarse network with cotton cloth structured in a coarse network is impregnated with a special conductive paint with PTC characteristics, and then, is put under high-temperature baking and thermal cross-linking to be made into a mesh-like infrared radiation type PTC sheet heating element, which is coated with a flexible resin raw material to prevent it from degradation and widen a range of radiation effects.
