PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable safety frame capable of absorbing the individual differences of rattling due to the errors of boring, welding, assembling, and so forth and avoiding a reduction in the rattling absorbing performance thereof due to wear. SOLUTION: The connection part 9 of the safety frame includes a fixing pin 13 for locking the rotation of an upper roll bar 10 at a predetermined extended position when inserted into pin holes 10b, 12a formed in a support member 12 and the upper roll bar 10, respectively, a stopper bolt 14 attached to the lower end of the upper roll bar 10 so that the height thereof can be adjusted, and a vibrationproof rubber 15 which is attached to the lower end of the stopper bolt 14, brought into contact elastically with the upper end surface of a lower bracket 8 in a space surrounded by the support member 12 when the upper roll bar 10 is extended, and closes a drainage hole 7b formed in the upper end surface of the lower bracket 8.
