PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced plastic molding that can improve productivity and product accuracy. SOLUTION: A molding die 2 includes a die body 11 and an elastic cover body 12 provided at the die body 11 and having a molding surface 1. Passages 16 are provided in the elastic cover body 12. The cover body 12 is elastically deformed by a change of pressure in the passages 16. The molding surface 1 is covered with a bag film 3. A space between the molding surface 1 and the bag film 3 is reducible in pressure. The fiber-reinforced plastic molding is manufactured between the molding surface 1 and the bag film 3.
