The invention relates to agents for changing the color and/or permanently changing the shape of keratin fibers. Said agents comprise, in a cosmetically acceptable substrate, at least one active substance that changes the color and/or permanently changes the shape of the keratin fibers and at least one bioactive glass. The agents according to the invention are stable, give satisfying results with respect to the change of color and/or shape and at the same time provoke hardly any irritations of the scalp. The fibers treated with the agents according to the invention have an improved condition.
