PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system capable of performing efficient white paper cleaning in the image forming system in which a plurality of fixing devices are arranged in series. SOLUTION: In the image forming system, it is determined that the temperature of the fixing device having such a possibility that a paper is held in a nip portion of the plurality of fixing devices is raised up to predetermined temperature, to start white paper cleaning, and thereby the white paper cleaning can be efficiently performed.
