<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatized tea material emitting comparatively strong perfume. <P>SOLUTION: The aromatized tea material contains (a) at least 78 wt.% of warm water-insoluble tea solid expressed in terms of dried weight, and (b) at least 0.1 ppm of one or more perfume compounds selected from the group consisting of t-2-hexenal, linalool, cis-3-hexenol, methyl salicylate and hexanal expressed in terms of dried weight based on the perfume-imparted tea material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
