<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and inexpensively provide useful delivery information without forcing a user to perform complicated operation. <P>SOLUTION: A delivery information providing server 10 for providing delivery information via a communication network 40 according to requests from user terminals 31 to 3N includes: a user information storage means 11 for storing user information transmitted from the user terminals 31 to 3N; a delivery history information storage means 12 for storing delivery history information of each package transmitted from each of delivery worker's terminals 21 to 2N; a delivery history information extraction means for extracting delivery history information indicating the present state of a package matched with a specified invoice number; and a delivery information presentation means which, when the delivery history information indicates delivery completion of the package, presents delivery completion information to the user terminals 31 to 3N, and when the delivery history information indicates delivery incompleteness of the package, presents delivery passage information to the user terminals 31 to 3N. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
