PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet post-processing device which improves convenience in use even if the position of a staple can not be changed from a rear end side to a distal end side. SOLUTION: Paper sheets conveyed onto a staple tray 10 are aligned in the conveying direction and the vertical direction by a jogger fence 12, and aligned in the conveying direction by a hammer roller 8, using a rear end fence 27 as a base. For end stitching, stitching is performed by a stapler 5 at predetermined positions, and a stitched one is conveyed upward by a discharging claw 11, and delivered to a delivery tray 17 on a discharging roller 15. For saddle stitching, a bundle of paper sheets is aligned based on the rear end fence 27, and then, the rear end fence 27 is retreated, and the bundle of paper sheet is conveyed downward on a pair of bundle conveying rollers 13a and 13b, and stitching is performed by a stapler unit 5 at a saddle stitching position. The bundle of paper sheet is conveyed to a folding position on a pair of second bundle conveying rollers 26a and 26b, and center-folding is performed by a folding plate 19 and a folding roller 20, and thereafter, the bundle of paper sheets is delivered onto the center-folding delivery tray 23 on a center-folding delivery roller 22.
