PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocker arm capable of preventing a lash adjuster from falling off from an upper end. SOLUTION: This rocker arm 10 includes a lash adjuster abutting part 13 abutted to the upper end 40A of the lash adjuster 40 from the upper part on one end, and a valve abutting part 12 abutted to a head part of a stem 31 of an engine valve 30 from the upper part on the other end, and further includes a connecting member 50 for connecting the upper end 40A of the lash adjuster 40 and the lash adjuster abutting part 13.
