PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing sheet bonded to one face or both faces of a ceiling interior material for a vehicle or a sheet material of a building material to reinforce the sheet material, and a sheet-like structural material using the same. SOLUTION: The reinforcing sheet allows impregnation of an adhesive on one face or both faces of the sheet material, is obtained by paper making of a composition containing natural fibers, having a plurality of through-holes. A surface shape of the through-hole is elliptical, an opening shape on the reinforcing sheet face is flattened in one fixed direction, and the flattening ratio is preferably 0.01-0.8. It is preferable that the major axis of the through-hole is substantially vertical to the paper making direction of the natural fibers, the composition further contains thermoplastic synthetic fibers and/or non-thermoplastic chemical fibers, and the opening area ratio by the through-holes is 10-70%.
