PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel that has a simple configuration, is satisfactory in assemblability, and reduces vertical and horizontal blur of an image. SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes: a lens 1; a plurality of guide poles 3 disposed in the direction of an optical axis; a moving frame 2 fixing and holding the lens 1 and having a plurality of guide portions 2a, 2b, and 2c, into which the guide poles 3 are inserted. Each of the guide portions 2a and 2b has an arcuate portion and a notch portion narrower than the diameter of the corresponding guide poles 3. The diameter of a circle inscribed in the corresponding arcuate portion is smaller than the diameter of the corresponding guide pole 3. Since each guide pole 3 is press fitted by virtue of the elastic deformation of the first and the second guide portions 2a and 2b, the guide pole 3 is pressed and sandwiched by virtue of the elastic forces of the first guide portions 2a and 2b to reduce backlash in directions other than the direction of the optical axis, thereby preventing an image from swinging.
