PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcurrent detection circuit capable of canceling battery voltage dependency of a detected current value. SOLUTION: One embodiment of this overcurrent detection circuit 10 includes: a shunt resistance 11 connected to wiring through which a current to be detected flows; a level shift circuit 12 for performing level shift of a first voltage of one end of the shunt resistance by using a first constant current, and performing level shift of a second voltage of the other end of the shunt resistance by using a second constant current; and a comparator 13 wherein the first voltage subjected to level shift by the level shift circuit 12 is inputted into one input, and the second voltage is inputted into the other input.
