PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oriented film, especially a biaxially oriented film which can reduce an environmental load by compounding polypropylene made from petroleum-derived raw materials with polylactic acid made from vegetable-derived raw materials. SOLUTION: There is provided an oriented film obtained from 50-88 wt.% polypropylene polymer (A), 10-50 wt.% lactic acid (B), 1-20 wt.% microparticles (C) except titanium oxide, and 1-20 wt.% microparticles (D) of titanium oxide, and 0-10 wt.% compatibilizer (E) (the total sum of (A), (B), (C), (D), and (E) being 100 wt.%) and oriented at least uniaxially.
