PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance/inspections of an air cleaner and a battery, while shielding the air cleaner and the battery from the outside with a simple structure, in a working vehicle disposed with a prime mover part between a pair of right and left rear wheels on a rear side of a seat located between front wheels and rear wheels. SOLUTION: A storage space S3 for disposing the battery 55 and the air cleaner 56 is provided on a lower side of a seating seat 14a in a lateral one side part in a right and left direction of the seat 14 provided on a front side of the rear wheels 4. The battery 55 and the air cleaner 56 are disposed by shifting the positions in the longitudinal direction in the storage space S3. An element inserting/extracting direction of the air cleaner 56 is directed in the right and left direction to replace elements from the machine frame outside.
