PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptic device and electronic equipment which are downsized by bending. SOLUTION: An electrooptic device 100 is equipped with: a substrate 1 having flexibility; and an electrooptic panel 10 which is provided on the substrate 1 and has a light emission region 9 as an element region having a plurality of electrooptic elements and a circuit region 6 including at least one part of the drive circuit driving the electrooptic element. A bending region B1 having a wiring 40 connecting the electrooptic element and the drive circuit is provided between the light emission region 9 and the circuit region 6.
