<p>When an interrupted printing process is resumed, normally printed sheets can be reused. When a sheet jam is detected during the execution of a job, the printing is interrupted and the designation of one or more sheets among the sheets fed from a sheet feeder before the interruption of the job is received from the user. In addition, a sheet feeder is selected, to which the designated sheets are set for reuse by the user. When the printing is resumed, the one or more sheets designated by a designating means are controlled so as to be fed, without being reprinted, from the sheet feeder in which said sheets are set by the user and to be output with sheets to be reprinted.</p> |
