PURPOSE: A method, which solves problem of the conventional reclaiming disposal or the burning up treatment and has no generation of the secondary pollution and treats large amount of food waste environment-friendlily and recycles, is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method includes: the first step in which the organic waste is smashed and made into paste state; and the second step in which zymogen is in thrown in the organic waste of the paste state and fermented. The second step is performed in fermenter(1) which is shut tightly, and collects gas generated in fermentation and let gas pass through deodorization and dryer(2) and evaporates moisture with heat generated in fermentation, and condenses and discharges evaporated moisture in the deodorization and dryer. |
