PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a control method thereof are provided to efficiently select and control a control object of a touch input in the overlay display environment by offering a convenient UI(User Interface). CONSTITUTION: A display unit(151) is located to be overlapped on a transparent display apparatus for indicating the first mark and the lower part of the transparent display apparatus, and comprises a opaque display apparatus for indicating the second mark. A touch panel recognizes a touch input through a pointer. A controller(180) decides a control object of the touch input by using at least one among a touch point which the touch input is given, an object indicated in the first and the second display unit corresponding to the touch point, and a type of the touch input. |
