PURPOSE: The metal wiring of an image sensor is provided to prevent the scattering phenomenon of light radiated to a light receiving region by forming regularly arrayed metal wirings of a metal wiring layer on a region excluding the light receiving region. CONSTITUTION: A first wiring(310) and a second wiring(320) are formed on a first insulating layer in order to be aligned on both sides of first and second photo diodes(210, 220). A third wiring(330) and a fourth wiring(340) are formed on the first insulating layer to be aligned on both sides of third and fourth photo diodes(230, 240). A dummy wiring(350) is expanded to the longitudinal direction of the second wiring in order to be symmetric with respect to a connecting wiring. The dummy wiring is correspondingly formed between the first and the second photo diodes.
