PURPOSE: A welding device is provided to improve welding quality by maintaining the uniform distance of welding torch and welded object regardless of the cross section shape of a flange. CONSTITUTION: A welding device comprises a frame(200), a rotary shaft(300), a flange fixing unit(400), a welding unit(500) and an operating unit(600). The rotary shaft is pivotally installed in the frame. The flange fixing unit clinches the flange on the rotary shaft to be installed in the rotary shaft and can rotate the flange and pipe. The welding unit locates in the outer circumference of the pipe in order to weld the junction of the pipe and flange. The operating unit rotates the rotary shaft.
