The screw anchor (10) has a threaded section (14) with external threads (18) disposed on the exterior of the screw anchor and internal threads (19) disposed in the screw anchor. The material with high elasticity is arranged in an upper partial section (16). The material forms an elevation which extends in the upward direction over the upper side of an end surface of the upper partial section in the mounted state and reduces the free opening section of an inner chamber of the upper partial section. An independent claim is also included for a railway sleeper or fast rail track with a cylindrical section.
