<p>The bicycle fork (10) has two fork sheaths (30, 32) formed from two sections and divided along a longitudinal extension in a middle region. One of the fork sheaths is firmly connected with a fork shaft (20) and another fork sheath is provided with a running wheel axis retainer (50) on sides of a wheel axis. The sections are connected with each other using plates (40, 42). Damping elements are arranged between the plates and formed from fiber reinforced material. The plates are connected to the sections by an elastic connector.</p> |
