PURPOSE: A wire-driven system and a method for controlling the same are provided to easily transfer an insulating pad by installing a wire driving system in a plurality of wire driving unit. CONSTITUTION: In a wire-driven system and a method for controlling the same, A plurality of wire drive units(111~115) are dispersedly arranged in the support structure around a work area. A plurality of transmitters(150) are dispersedly arranged in the support structure. A plurality of receivers for a driving unit are respectively installed in the wire drive units. A plurality of receiver for a moving body receives a position signal. The moving body(130) have a plurality of wires of which length are controlled by wire driving unit.
