PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a dental metal structure is provided to obtain high metal matter property and to reduce material cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a dental metal structure comprises: a metal structure formation step(S100) of forming the outer shape of a metal structure using non-precious metal alloy; a coating step(S200) of forming a covering layer having desired coating color and coating thickness through an arc ion plating process; and an implant shape formation step(S300) of forming an implant shape by arranging implants on the metal structure in which the covering layer is formed.
