PURPOSE: An agricultural product drier is provided to prevent the environmental contamination, and to economically and effectively dry agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural product drier comprises a drying drum apparatus(50) for inserting agricultural products to dry. The drying drum apparatus includes the following: a frame(52); an insertion chamber for inserting the agricultural products, rotatably installed on the frame; more than one rotary drums(54) with plural ventilation holes for connecting the insertion chamber and the outside; a rotating unit rotating the rotary drums for moving the agricultural products inside the insertion chamber; and a cool air/hot air supplier for supplying cool air or hot air into the insertion chamber.
