PURPOSE: A memory card and an electronic device are provided to apply different kinds of memory cards to the same electronic device by improving compatibility thereof. CONSTITUTION: A memory card(200) includes a top side, a bottom side(242), a front side(243), a rear side(244), first lateral sides(245) and second lateral sides(246). Connection terminals(238) for electric connection with an external electronic device are formed on the other side of a circuit board. A longitudinal direction of each of the connection terminals is parallel to a second direction(14).
