PURPOSE: In case a target object touches a light guide plate, a touch screen display device is provided to make a totally reflected IR received to at least one of IR sensing sensors. CONSTITUTION: TFTs(Thin Film Transistors)(121,122) are formed in a lower substrate(100). IR(Infrared Ray) sensing sensors(110) are formed in the lower substrate. A liquid crystal layer(150) is located on the top of the lower substrate. An upper substrate(170) is located on the top of the liquid crystal layer. An IR light source(210) irradiates IR. A light guide plate(200) guides the emitted IR of the IR light source. The light guide plate is located on the top of the upper substrate. |
