PURPOSE: A light controlling film and a display apparatus equipped with the same are provided to prevent a driver from images which is reflected from the front glass window of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A light controlling film(40) is composed of a first base film(41), a second base film(42), an optical transmitting layer(45), and a rubber layer(46). The optical transmitting layer is formed between the first base film and the second base film and transmits light which is outputted from a displaying element. The rubber layer is formed between parts of optical transmitting layer in order to shield light.
