PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of optical member and an optical member with double-sided pattern manufactured therefrom are provided to easily array patterns and to offer an optical member with excellent luminance and concealment. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of optical member includes following steps. A resin consisting of a base material layer passes through a T-die and is extruded to a regular thickness. The base material layer is passed through between a polishing roll(7) and a pattern roll(5) with an impressed lens pattern, the lens is formed in the upper side of the base material layer, and a base material layer sheet is formed. A base material layer is passed through reflection dispense liquid and the pattern roll, and a reflection layer is formed. The reflection dispense liquid is composed of a reflective material and Acryl resin. In the pattern roll, a square pattern is impressed to intaglio. A first, second and third processes are consecutively operated. The base material layer is a thermoplastic resin and is polycarbonate resin.
