PURPOSE: A mold for forming expandable seals and a forming method using the same are provided to prevent the deformation and rupture of an overlap member by the pressure and the thermal expansion of rubber. CONSTITUTION: A mold for forming expandable seals comprises a body forming mold. The body forming mold comprises a forming space, a heating part(200a), and a cooling part(200b). The forming space, corresponding to the outer shape of the expandable seal, is formed in inside. The cooling part is connected to the heating part. The heating part and cooling part is partitioned along a longitudinal direction. A plurality of hose-type unit members is each other combined to form the expandable seal.
