PURPOSE: A semiconductors including a sense amplifier connected to a word line is provided to determine data stored in a nonvolatile memory cell by detecting and amplifying the signal of a word line. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductors including a sense amplifier connected to a word line, a word line and a bit line are connected to a nonvolatile memory cell(20-1). A sense amplifier(60) senses and amplifies the signal of the word line. The signal of the word line is detected and amplified when reading data. A transmission circuit transmits the signal of the word line to the sense amplifier. A write driver(50) drives write data by a bit line.
