HEAT AND WEATHER RESISTANT THERMOPLASTIC RESIN MODIFIED IMPACT STRENGTH IN LOW TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE: A resin composition is provided to improve weather resistance and impact strength at low temperature and to enable use for exterior materials and lamp housing required for heat resistance and weather resistance. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition comprises 50-80 weight% of a polycarbonate resin, 1-20 weight% of acrylonitrile-acrylate-styrene copolymers, 1-20 weight% of acrylonitrile-styrene copolymers, 1-5 weight% of compatibilizer, and 1-20 weight% of ethylene-propylene rubber grafted with acrylonitrile-styrene. The average molecular weight of the polycarbonate resin is 22,000~27,000.
