COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE FERMENTED EXTRACTS OF TISSUE CULTURES OF PANAX GINSENG AND CROWBERRY (EMPETRUN NIGRUM)

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing tissue-cultured wild ginseng and Empetrun nigrum solid fermentation extract is provided to ensure antiaging, anti-wrinkling, and anti-inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.001-20 weight% of tissue-cultured wild ginseng and Empetrun nigrum fermentation extract. The fermentation extract has effects of antioxidation, anti-wrinkling, and anti-inflammation. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of solution, suspension, paste, gel, cream, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, powder foundation, emulsion foundation, or spray. A method for preparing the fermentation extract comprises: a step of culturing adventitious roots of wild ginseng and Empetrun nigrum; a step of fermenting a tissue-cultured product; a step of performing boiling the fermentation; and a step of extracting with purified water or organic solvent.
