PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is difficulty in operability, and it is difficult to exactly specify a color which user desires without excess and deficiency in a color designation method of conventional image processing. SOLUTION: The color designation controller is provided with: an image acquisition part which acquires a color image; and a display control part which displays a user interface screen at least including a preview image of the acquired color image, a hue scale which expresses change of hues on a predetermined display, accepts designation of a position or area in the preview image, acquires a hue in the designated position or area from the preview image, and adds specific display to a range in the hue scale corresponding to the acquired hue.
