PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile driver program, along with an information processing apparatus, capable of reducing faults of other specific application programs except a facsimile application program by reception of facsimile data. SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus is functioned as: a receiver for receiving at least incoming call notification, and the facsimile data from facsimile equipment; a determinator for determining whether other specific application programs are executed when the incoming call notification is received by the receiver; and a restriction means for restricting the reception of the facsimile data by the information processing apparatus in comparison with the case when it is determined that other specific application program are not executed when it is determined that other specific application programs are executed by the determinator.
