CONSTITUTION: Red pepper paste sauce for rice with sliced raw fish contains 35~38parts of red pepper paste by weight, 12~15parts of starch syrup by weight, 2~3parts of garlic by weight, 14~17parts of vinegar by weight, 1~2parts of green tea powder by weight, 7~8parts of sugar by weight, 3~5parts of lemon-lime soda by weight, 0.4~0.6parts of black pepper powder by weight, 0.2~0.3parts of acetic acid by weight, 0.1~0.2parts of ginger juice by weight, 0.3~0.4parts of roasted sesame seeds by weight, 12~14parts of perilla oil by weight, 2~3parts of apple by weight, and 2~3parts of pear by weight. |
