PURPOSE: A method for preparing a calcium phosphate drug delivery system is provided to close thermosensitive drug by a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a calcium phosphate drug delivery system comprises: a dissolving hydroxyapatite(Ca_10(PO_4)_6(OH)_2), urea((NH_2)_2CO), and drug in an acid solution; a step of adding urease to the acid solution; and a step of adding urease-added solution into mineral oil to form water-in-oil emulsion.
