METHOD FOR CREATING AND CHECKING A RULED SURFACE OF MACHINED PART WITH COMPLEX OUTER SURFACES IN A COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A ruled surface production and verification method of complex curved surface processed goods in a computer-support design system is provided to secure a quick machining rotation rate by reducing a kellering process. CONSTITUTION: A lateral limit plane is generated. A longitudinal limit plane is generated. An outer aircraft mold surface is cut out. The outer mold line of a design matter is generated by offset from the cut curved surface. Two curves are generated by intersecting to the generated outer mold line of the design matter and the lateral limit plane. An initial ruled surface is generated with the generated intersect curve.
