摘要 PURPOSE: A policy based multi-robot management device and a method thereof are provided to efficiently control robots by creating a policy and adapting the policy. CONSTITUTION: A policy generator(120) creates a wide area policy in order to control cooperation between robots which are connected through a network. A policy inspector(130) inspects whether a collision has occurred or not by comparing the new policy with the previous policy. A policy converter(140) respectively changes the wide area policy into a regional policy applicable to the robots.
