and, in Chemical Formula 1, M is a metal including at least one of silver (Ag), calcium (Ca), chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), molybdenum (Mo), ruthenium (Ru), indium (In), and tungsten (W).
