<p>The assembly has a guide (1) for piercing cavities, in a guided manner, in the bone (3) of the patient to house implants e.g. dental implants, in the cavities. A stabilization element i.e. rod, is cooperated with the guide and with the bone of the patient to stabilize the guide in a position determined with respect to the bone of the patient. The stabilization element has a blocking unit to prevent the axial movement of the element towards an external side (10) of the guide. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a stabilization element.</p> |
