Network triggered display of account balance at the terminal

The method involves providing a push-message containing information with respect to account balance of credit account and/or a client account with subsequent billing. The push-message is triggered at a terminal equipment e.g. mobile phone, by a push service of a mobile communications network. A trigger message is transmitted to a server and/or debit left push server of the mobile communications network by an intelligent network of the mobile communications network, where the trigger message contains information with respect to cost and period of a voice call. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a terminal equipment for operating a mobile communications network (2) a server and/or debit left push server to perform a method for operating a mobile communications network.
