PURPOSE: A carbon nanotube-polymeric ionic liquid composite, and a carbon nanotube-conductive polymer composite using thereof are provided to minimize the degradation of the conductivity of carbon nanotubes, and to improve the dispersibility of the carbon nanotubes. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotube-conductive polymer composite is produced by using a carbon nanotube-polymeric ionic liquid composite as a dopant. A producing method of the carbon nanotube-polymeric ionic liquid composite comprises the following steps: applying a functional group on the surface of carbon nanotubes; and combining polymer ionic liquid with the carbon nanotubes by chemical bonding with the functional group.
