PURPOSE: A semi-nonflammable soundproof wall is provided to heighten soundproofing effect and not to be burnt for appointed hours and not to cause smoke in a fire, thereby to fulfill fire prevention function. CONSTITUTION: A semi-nonflammable soundproof wall(100) comprises: a first block body(10) and a second block body(20). The first block body and the second block body are formed to have porosity between fibers by weaving in the non-woven fabric type using polyester fiber, and the first block body is formed with high density to have the density of 400~500kg/m^3 and the second block body is formed with low density to have the density of 60~80kg/㎥.
