A PROCESS OF PREPARING ENANTIOSELECTIVE HOMOALLYLIC AMINES USING CINCHONA-ALKALOID-BASED ORGANIC ORGANOCATALYST

PURPOSE: A method for preparing enantioselective homoallylic amines using cinchona-alkaloid-based organocatalyst is provided to easily obtain homoallylic amines with high stereoselectivity and high yield. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing enantioselective homoallylic amines comprises a step of reacting an organocatalyst of chemical formula 1 or stereoselective isomer; and imine compudn, allylating agent, and indium at 0-30°C in an alcohol. The allylating agent is allyl halide. The imine compound is a hydrazone compound. The allyl halide is allyl chloride, allyl bromide, and allyl iodide.
